Shaping the Future, Together!
We live at a critical time. Today’s advancements in energy, gravity control, and sustainable technology shape the future of civilization. Our unified approach paves a direct engineering path toward these requirements to create a better tomorrow.
We believe that our community-based, open-source strategy will overcome traditional obstacles that have halted other technologies in the past. Bond proceeds fund our research, operations, and prototype development for industrial production. In parallel, forthcoming publications will continue to promote Haramein’s unified theory, inviting collaboration with the scientific community. Our headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, and laboratories in France offer a neutral and resourceful environment for operational sustainability.
The ISF Perpetual Bond is not just an investment vehicle; it’s an investment in the future, alongside a community that shares a transformative vision for the planet.
Pioneering the Frontier of Scientific Innovation for a Sustainable Tomorrow
The International Space Federation (ISF) is dedicated to advancing scientific understanding and technological progress in energy and gravity, focusing on quantum vacuum research. Through integrating diverse scientific disciplines, it aims to develop sustainable energy solutions and contribute to solving ecological challenges.
ISF’s commitment extends to fostering global academic collaboration and promoting education in these critical scientific areas.
Fostering Unity Through Quantum Innovation and Sustainability
We envision a future where the boundaries of scientific inquiry are expanded, fostering an era of collaboration and unity across the global scientific community.
Our primary focus, the fundamental nature of the quantum vacuum, is key to understanding the universe’s mass, form, and structure; and drives our innovative approach. Its aim is to develop transformative technologies that enhance human capabilities and align harmoniously with the fundamental forces of nature.
This vision drives our commitment towards supporting a sustainable and thriving future for humanity and the planet.

The ISF Perpetual Bond offers tiered discounts and premiums based on the number of notes purchased and the total investment amount. A perpetual bond, as outlined in the ISF Private Placement Memorandum, is a subordinated, perpetual, participatory note representing a right to participate in the profits generated from the issuer’s business operations. These notes are unsecured and rank subordinate to all unsubordinated liabilities of the issuer. They do not have a fixed redemption or maturity date, meaning they do not have a pre-determined end date and will not be repaid on a fixed schedule. The bondholders are entitled to a fraction of the issuer’s net profits, calculated from the annual audited accounts. This investment is contingent on successful commercialization of scientific results and is subject to various risks, including the early stage of the issuer’s development and the speculative nature of the scientific work involved.
We are planning to publish a series of papers. The first was published on September 26, 2023, “The Origin of Mass and the Nature of Gravity,” lays the foundation for a unified field theory. The series of papers following, “Scale Invariant Unification of Forces, Fields, and Particles in a Quantum Vacuum Plasma,” solve the unification of physics across all forces and scales. Both previous and future publications are instrumental in our technological solutions and business strategy.
ISF’s headquarters are in Geneva, Switzerland, and our laboratories are situated in France. This strategic positioning takes advantage of Switzerland’s neutrality and France’s rich resources for scientific research.
Proceeds from the ISF Perpetual Bond will be primarily allocated to enhancing laboratory infrastructure and expanding our team of scientists and engineers. Our objective is to expedite the development of functional prototypes and facilitate their transition to commercialization.
To ensure continued engagement about our work toward a sustainable future, investors will receive periodic updates on ISF’s research and technical developments.
ISF believes in harnessing the power of a global community of investors who share our vision for a sustainable future. This strategy allows us to maintain our independence and focus on long-term objectives without the constraints that typically come with state-provided funding.
Accredited investor regulations vary by country. The United States, Canada, Australia, and Singapore are examples of countries where specific accredited investor criteria apply. These criteria often involve income, net worth, or financial expertise thresholds. However, in the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK), these specific accredited investor distinctions do not apply in the same way. Each jurisdiction may have its own set of rules and requirements, so it’s essential for potential investors to consult with financial or legal advisors in their respective countries to determine their eligibility. For additional guidance, please email us at [email protected].
If you’re not an accredited investor, there are still ways to support the organization, such as (through donations or) becoming a member. Membership offers access to community benefits and updates, although it does not include financial investment in bonds.
For the ISF Perpetual Bond investment, accepted payment methods include wire transfers and credit card payments. Currently, we do not accept cryptocurrency payments. We aim to keep our investors informed about any updates regarding payment options.
Profit Participation Rights give Noteholders a perpetual claim to a fraction of the Issuer’s Net Profits from its operational business, in exchange for waiving any fixed interest claims on contributions. The Issuer commits to allocating 5% to 16% of Net Profits to Noteholders, starting with a 5% share for the first 15 million Notes and increasing incrementally with additional subscriptions. This allocation rate grows by 1% for every 5 million Notes until 40 million Notes are reached (resulting in a 10% share), and then by 1% for every additional 10 million Notes, maxing out at 16% for 100 million subscribed Notes.
Net Profits are calculated as the Cash Flow from Operating Activities, which includes net profit from operations adjusted for non-cash transactions, and excludes investing and financing activities. This measure is crucial for assessing the company’s ability to generate cash from its core business operations, akin to the EBITDA financial metric.
Investing in ISF bonds and becoming an ISF member are two separate entities. Purchasing bonds is a financial investment, while becoming a member offers community engagement and exclusive updates. Membership must be acquired separately and offers different benefits from bond investment
