In a former ISF article About the UFO Hearings I: Unidentified Aerial Phenomena UAP, we had addressed a few remarkable cases of the UAP phenomena, some of which are being currently discussed in the congressional hearings in the United States. While this is all happening at the seemly highest government rank, under the upmost discretion, thousands of testimonies worldwide give a very different picture.
Among the huge number of testimonies and declassified documents, in this second part of the series we focus on the pilot, military, and civilian cases that we consider extremely relevant.
Significant Testimonies from Military and Government Officials
Concerning direct testimonies and witnesses, we find:
- Canadian ex defense minister, Paul Hellyer, who in Jun 5, 2013, at the Citizen Hearing On Disclosure (CHD) happening in Washington D.C., stated that at least 4 extraterrestrial species have been visiting Earth since thousands of years, and that extraterrestrials are living among us, being likely that at least two of them are working with the U.S. government. He discloses his sources of information; all belonging to military and administrative government instances.
- Clifford Stone, who served the United States Army for 22 years as an administrative/legal specialist, astonished the world with his statements after a long military career. He claimed to know about the existence of extraterrestrial beings and a cover-up program in the USA. In his books he narrates how he interacted with extraterrestrial beings throughout his life and how this led him, among other things, to be an interpreter between these beings and the U.S. military. Clifford Stone was one of the insiders at the Disclosure Project, an event organized by Steven Greer in 2001, where each of the witnesses was called to testify and provide before the United States Congress all the information they knew about the extraterrestrial phenomenon and its concealment by groups of power. He published a great variety of documents that he considered of great importance and of necessary public domain, such as the report of the Operation Blue Book investigation project. Sadly, Clifford passed away on February 10, 2021, at the age of 72, short before this gradual process of disclosure started officially.

- Head of Israel’s Defense Ministry’s space directorate for nearly 30 years, Haim Eshed, said that cooperation agreements had been signed between species, including an “underground base in the depths of Mars” where there are American astronauts and extraterrestrial representatives. Earthlings have been in contact with extraterrestrials from a “galactic federation”. Eshed’s ideas are compiled in the book “The Universe Beyond the Horizon — conversations with Professor Haim Eshed” by Hagar Yanai.

Eyewitness Accounts from Military and Civilian Pilots
- Navy Pilot Ryan Graves, has shared in several occasions his experience (and of some of his former Navy colleagues) in regards to the UAP that they would see every day, for years, during their trainings. Watch this interview for a detail description of his experience.
- Bob Lazar is a physicist (there is controversy regarding his credentials), who claimed to have worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico, and on reverse engineering extraterrestrial technology at a site called S-4, about 50 miles south of the Area 51. - Mexican contactee, photographer Carlos Diaz, presented his experience before the UN, and his material has been studied and endorsed by people working at NASA, as well as by scientists from all over the world. Diaz’s photos were sent to a famous UAP (UFO) skeptic and evidence debunker, Dr. Robert Nathan at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, who could not find anything anomalous in the photos or see where they were faked. There is no more solid case of a contactee enconter in the whole history of the UAP phenomenon. - The late Nasa astronaut (lunar module pilot aboard Apollo 14), Edgar Mitchell, who holds two Bachelor of Science degrees and a doctorate in aeronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, became convinced that extraterrestrial life had been visiting Earth. Short after the moon mission, Mitchell retired from NASA and the Navy and started investigating soft fields as acupuncture, astrology, telekinesis, Gestalt therapy and healing techniques. In 1971 he founded a group called the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS, now lead by Dean Radin), aiming at connecting science with consciousness. In 1974, he published the book “Psychic Exploration: A Challenge for Science.”

- Medical doctor, Steven Greer, is the founder of The Disclosure Project, The Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI), The Orion Project and Sirius Technology Advanced Research, LLC. He is a lifetime member of Alpha Omega Alpha, the nation’s most prestigious medical honor society, and retired as an emergency physician to work on these projects. In 1993 he started an effort designed to identify firsthand military and government witnesses to UAP events and projects, as well as other evidence to be used in a public disclosure process, by raising funds to videotape, edit, and organize over 100 military and government witnesses to UAP events and projects. - Freelance British journalist, Nick Pope, an ex-employee at the British Government‘s Ministry of Defence (MoD), where he was responsible for investigating UAP phenomena to determine if they had any defense significance. Because of this expertise, he is considered a leading UAP expert. Pope has discussed the validity of the Roswell crash, the wave of UAP sightings in Britain during the 1990’s and claims with certainty that the Universe is teeming with life. He also delves into more topics including the Government’s ability to cover up the UAP phenomenon, the realities of UAP sightings, Ancient Aliens and the compelling Rendlesham Forest incident.
Nick Pope
- Founder (in 1996) and executive director of The Paradigm Research Group (PRG), Stephen Bassett has been engaged for more than 25 years in ending a government imposed embargo on the truth behind extraterrestrial related phenomena. He advocated for a total disclosure – the formal confirmation by heads of state of an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race- and speaks to audiences around the world about its implications. Bassett has given more than 1000 interviews (radio and television) and his PRG’s work has been extensively covered by media including CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, the Washington Post and the New York Times. In 2013 PRG organized a Citizen Hearing on Disclosure at the National Press Club in Washington, and in November of 2014 PRG launched two political initiatives in Washington, DC.
Along with Dr. Greer and Pope, Bassett’s efforts have very probably produced a change in government political position in regards to the extraterrestrial phenomena, though Bassett is far from being satisfied:
“What is disclosure? The President of the United States will publicly confirm the extraterrestrial presence is in fact real—[that] we are not alone in the universe.” – Stephen Bassett, during an interview.
At this point, it is important to mention the efforts that are being sustained by mainstream scientific endeavors such as The Galileo Project, led by Professor Avi Loeb, the former chair of Harvard University’s department of astronomy. Since he cowrote in 2018 a scientific paper in which he argued that a large object, subsequently called Oumuamua, could be technology from extraterrestrial civilization, he has received hard criticism from his fellow colleagues for daring to propose such an hypothesis, while at the same time receiving unexpected support from private sectors and scientists from other areas of expertise. His new project at Harvard aims to “bring the search for extraterrestrial technological signatures of Extraterrestrial Technological Civilizations (ETCs) from accidental or anecdotal observations and legends to the mainstream of transparent, validated, and systematic scientific research. This project is complementary to traditional SETI, in that it searches for physical objects, and not electromagnetic signals, associated with extraterrestrial technological equipment.”

And very recently, NASA announced the 16 people who will spend the next nine months studying the unidentified aerial phenomena, formerly known as UFOs, using unclassified data. The team will lay the foundations for future study of UAP by examining how the data is gathered by the public, local government and other sources, as to have a roadmap for NASA’s data analysis on the flying objects, and determine what events are natural or not.

Highlights:
Acknowledging the existence of extraterrestrial intelligent life is one of the most transcendental topics that humanity could experience. Until now, a large part of the world’s population is so caught in survival, that perhaps it does not manage to dimension the implications regarding the presence of other self-aware beings -which can be biologically radically different from us-, capable of transforming and manipulating their environment in multiple ways, and of understanding the nature of reality in forms that are possibly very different from each other, and from ours. As far as technology is concerned, they may be literally light years away from ours. Perhaps, the place where this issue has the most impact is in aspects concerning consciousness, because the development of technology is inevitably intertwined with the perception of the nature of reality, and of our role in it.
The image that is usually used to foresee what our first close encounter with species more advanced than ours would be, is that of the European colonization of other cultures and civilizations due to its advanced technology. That reference, although partially justified, may be biased by our own history, which we grasp only in broad terms, not knowing much of the details in it. To give an example, it is not true that the first contact of America with other cultures came from Europe. There are evidences that the Chinese and the Vikings already knew American lands, they just did not conquer them. Therefore, it could be unfortunate to approach this subject from this ignorance of our own real history.
With this in mind, and considering the incredible number of documents and testimonies around the globe, which surface we are barely scratching with this three-part series of the UAP phenomena, it was about time for this topic to be taken seriously. There is sufficient rational basis to consider the theoretical possibility that humanity is being visited by extraterrestrial civilizations, be it the Galactic Federation or some other groups.
As this article entitled May the force be with us says:
“In fact, the more irrational position seems to be the tendency to want to dismiss the possibility of the existence of extraterrestrial civilisations, without any logical basis upon which to do so. If the idea seems fanciful, then readers should reflect on where they get their information from, and if they believe in an omnipotent entity based on religious books that were written over 2 000 years ago inspired by angelic beings, then why would they doubt an official statement from a government disclosing and confirming the existence of unidentified aerial phenomena?”
Even though the extraterrestrial topic is being approached as a matter of national security, this goes way beyond that frame of reference. It pierces directly into our understanding on nature of reality. If other species besides our own, are already around, what is their reality like? What about their science and spirituality, do they make such separation? And what about their consciousness? For how long have they been around us? Have they been involved in our development as a specie? If so, to what extent? Can we communicate with them and learn from their technologies? Are they so evolved, that they can tap into the vacuum structure and its potentialities through consciousness alone?
Most of the people engaged in a total disclosure are aware that we need advanced, more thoughtful, mindful technologies for our specie to survive. In this sense, Steven Greer is also deeply engaged in alternative sources of energy research, specifically with vacuum technologies. This is very aligned with our research here at Resonance Science Foundation.
Humanity has pierced into the nature of energy by understating the nature of matter. In this amazing exploration, the generalized holographic model developed by Nassim Haramein, and the unified field theory that derives from it, proves that both usable energy and matter are emergent properties of the quantum vacuum plasma. There is no real separation between matter and space, everything is connected. The complete theory (to be published soon) teaches us how to extract energy from the quantum vacuum, and how to reach gravitational control. Both events are critical for humanity to transcend its boundaries, before our boundary conditions collapses on us.
A unified field theory not only teaches us how to achieve these groundbreaking technologies. It also teaches a deeper lesson; from the perspective of the unified field theory, the term “extraterrestrial” is no longer appropriate since we are all universal beings, i.e., belonging to this universe.
